I bring a wide variety of talents and experiences to your event. I started working as a wedding musician, serving as a pianist, organist and solo vocalist in the early 1980s. I am also a seminary-trained ordained minister and former pastor. In recent years I have worked as a full time venue manager, wedding minister and wedding & event planner. My associates, employees and I have officiated, planned and coordinated hundreds of vow renewals, wedding ceremonies and receptions, engagements, memorials, birthday and Christmas parties, proms and other types of events. If you are one of these brides who has recently become engaged, you have some key descisions to make within the next few weeks! There are a host of wedding descisions that hinge on your selection of venue, such as number of guests, date, time, colors, decor, ability to chose certain vendors and many other considerations. I can help couples navigate many of these choices due to my unique role in the Nashville wedding community. I have personally officiated and/or coordinated weddings in well over 60 rental venues and dozens of private residences all around the greater Nashville area and as far away as West and East Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama. In addition to my coordinating, planning and officiating work in all of these locations, I also manage weddings and rentals for Belmont Mansion and Eastland Baptist Church, both in Nashville, Tennessee.
Many couples want to avoid the expense and planning requirements of a traditional wedding. Other couples from other cities and even other countries want to get married in Nashville, known the world over as “Music City USA.” For many of these couples the best option is to elope in Nashville. Please note that due to the nature of my business I do not keep traditional office hours. Feel free to call either my office line or my cell phone. Don’t worry about the hour…if you want to talk about a wedding I want to listen, but if I can’t I have voicemail! I have married couples with less than an hour’s notice. I’ve married couples at midnight. Since I don’t keep traditional office hours and since I manage weddings for two venues and travel to many weddings, I do ask that you contact me by phone or email and schedule any consultations or bridal preview visits. If you stop by Belmont Mansion or Eastland Baptist Church unannounced and I am not present or a wedding or other event is in progress, you may be asked to contact me to make an appointment or you will be referred to this website or to Belmont Mansion’s website.
